We are seeking an experienced General Manager, and looking for a dynamic individual capable of managing the different facets of major funeral, cemetery & sales organization.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years of successful combination management experience. Through your leadership you will demonstrate a commitment to the Company?s goal of being the employer of choice in the death care industry.

In your leadership role, you will assist employees accomplish their position responsibilities through coaching, mentoring and performance feedback.

You will be instrumental in building cooperation between sales and operations and all general support functions by promoting a team atmosphere through personal actions and keeping communications lines open.

Requirements
Your major responsibilities will include:

? Monitoring and evaluating the operating results of your location and implement corrective actions where operating results do not meet planned expectations.
? With sales management, identify potential growth opportunities to increase market share and revenues.
? Direct and provider leadership for the administrative, maintenance and funeral home staffs to create and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
? Create a team synergy between cemetery, funeral and sales staff so that service to our client families is seamless.
? Evaluate the competitive trade area environment and communicate all significant issues to the appropriate management representative.
? Administer corporate and location policies relating to operating profit and production profit margins.
? Manage the selection and staffing process necessary to provide the appropriate number of qualified staff to insure meeting overall business objectives.
